Amanda Rosenzweig is department chair of biology at Delgado Community College in New Orleans and the lead instructor for anatomy and physiology lecture and laboratory. She earned her M.S. in biology with an emphasis in herpetology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction from the University of New Orleans.
