Ian Peate, OBE FRCN, is a highly dedicated and driven educator with over forty years cumulative experience in a variety of education and healthcare settings in the UK. Ian has published extensively on nursing topics authoring over 40 titles. Ian became editor-in-chief of the esteemed British Journal of Nursing in 2011, is consultant editor of the Journal of Paramedic Practice, sits on the editorial board of the British Journal of Healthcare Assistants, and is a reviewer for several publishing houses. Ian currently manages the School of Health Studies educational provision for all health and care professions at the Gibraltar Health Authority.
