When you work directly with Wiley, here’s what you can expect when you obtain a license from us.

Step 1: Quote

You’ll send us your requirements, and we’ll provide you a quote by email.

Step 2: Draft agreement

Your account manager will send you a draft agreement to review. You’ll confirm signatory details and send back any proposed amendments. We’ll work with you to negotiate amendments as needed.

Step 3: Contract execution

Once the draft is approved, we will send it out for signature using Adobe Sign. We need a valid email address for all parties signing the agreement so they receive the Adobe Sign invitation directly.

Step 4: Invoice

After the contract is fully signed, you will receive confirmation by email that includes the final, fully-signed agreement, payment instructions, and an invoice with 30-day payment terms. 
If you require PO information to be included on the invoice from Wiley, please let us know as early in the process as possible so we ensure our invoice includes all details required by your finance team

Step 5: Follow up
