Jen Holton is Director of Global Rights and Permissions at Wiley. She heads Wiley UK team working on translation rights, permissions, reproduction rights and licensing in general. Formerly, she was Head of Business Development at Emerald Group Publishing Ltd, with responsibility for all aspects of rights management and content licensing. She has taught the ALPSP Licensing Your Content course for the last 8 years and was recently appointed as ALPSP representative on the Board of Directors of the Publishers Licensing Society.
