Before: Wiley Open Access Administrator Dashboard Reviewing Funding Requests
In the Wiley Open Access Administrator Dashboard (WOAAD), you can review pending funding requests directly from the dashboard, using the ‘Approve’ and ‘Deny’ buttons shown:
If you wanted to view detailed metadata (e.g., Article title, original research funder/grant number, DOI, etc.) associated with the funding requests, you had to click on the ‘View’ button as can be seen in the screenshot above.
After: Oable Reviewing Requests for Approval / Denial
In the Oable dashboard, you will receive your pending funding requests directly in the Oable dashboard. These will enter in the workflow stage Ready for Approval as you can see below (top of the screen). It also includes the action button Approve / Deny (bottom right).
By clicking on Approve/Deny, you can Approve or Deny Task. You can also see when the Task was Created and Due.
