About the Author
Peter B. Seel is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Journalism and Technical Communication at Colorado State University where he taught new communication technologies, video production, digital photography, and documentary film.  Professor Seel is the co-author of two books and many articles on digital television and new media technologies. He was a faculty member for two voyages with the Semester at Sea program where his students collected data on telecommunication technologies in eleven nations.
