About the Author

Rosemary Papa, EdD, is The International and Comparative Professor of Education and Leadership at Soka University of America and the former Del and Jewel Lewis Endowed Chair in Learning Centered Leadership and Professor of Educational Leadership in the College of Education at Northern Arizona University. She is also the founder of Educational Leaders Without Borders and the founder of the Journal of Education Policy for which she serves as Executive Editor.

Shadow W. J. Armfield, EdD, is Chair of Educational Specialties and a member of the Educational Technology faculty in the College of Education at Northern Arizona University.
