About the Author

MAC SULLIVAN has an MBA from Hult International Business School and is pursuing his PhDfrom East China Normal University in the field of Political Theory. In addition toworking for the past seven years in international logistics, he teaches classes in Supply Chain & Operations, Cross-Cultural Communication, and Economics atElon University and Tongji University.

JOHANNES KERN is a Senior Research Associate at the Bosch-Chair of Global SupplyChain Management at Tongji University. In addition to doing supply chainconsulting, he teaches classes in Supply Chain & Operations. He is currently pursuing his PhD from TechnischeUniversität Darmstadt.
