Published on behalf of the European Society for Rural Sociology, Sociologia Ruralis is an international forum for rural sociologists researching a wide range of issues that relate to rural communities and that encompass social, political and cultural dimensions. We publish articles on a wide range of subjects, including farming, digital agriculture, natural resources and food systems as well as on a range of themes that underpin and influence rural communities including identities, migration, participation, gender, sustainability, and governance.
