River Research and Applications is an international river science journal dedicated to the basic and applied scientific research of rivers. Our interdisciplinary papers show examples of river management, regulation and restoration in both the developed and developing world.
Our special ARENA section provides a forum for new concepts and re-evaluation of existing concepts, allowing authors to explore new ways of considering river science and management through original research papers and other formats and styles.
