JAMES A. JAHNKE PhD, a leading expert in the field, is a consultant with Source Technology Associates of Triangle Park, North Carolina. Currently, he is serving as a United States ASTM representative to the International Standards Organization Subcommittee on Source Monitoring, and as Chairman of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Committee on Ambient Atmospheres and Source Emissions.
