Praise for The Law of Fundraising

"The Fifth Edition of The Law of Fundraising provides a thorough update and discussion on the laws impacting nonprofit organizations. It is particularly helpful as new and innovative methods of fundraising are being explored and used by charities. Fundraising professionals and those responsible for compliance will find this an essential reference to have on hand."
—Jane Lampo, Managing Director of Planned Giving, Children's Mercy Hospitals and Clinics

"A thorough, accessible, and lively approach to this increasingly complex area. The multigenerational dream team of authors in this updated volume bring both a learned background and a sympathetic ear to those involved in the important work of charitable fundraising."
—Lesley Rosenthal, nonprofit general counsel, bar leader, and author of Good Counsel: Meeting the Legal Needs of Nonprofits
